this is an 8 by 10 canvas board
here is the first stage of it
I started painting it on a whim,
while I was sitting in my booth at the Lebanon art festival.
People love to watch someone painting something- anything
especially kids who want to be artists too.
and kids love birds

I think I may just leave it like this -
very raw and sketchy but I
kinda like it like that

I love it, its so textured and bright, I love the little owl you made for the friend, I have mine sitting beside me always, even my grandson calls it my Kat owly because you gave it to me, I keep on the table beside me when I paint, it watches over me,
I LOVE the owl, it's like a 3D painting with all of that texture. How talented you are, to move from painting to clay. Happy PPF!

We saw a family of nine little burrowing owls yesterday! Adorable. Yours is cute too!
