Making some easy little stamps
with a tutorial I saw on the nice blog over at
Lisa shows us how to cut and carve into soft erasers to create custom stamps.
I liked the cute little folk art heart she showed on her blog
here is my version
I cut the poly eraser into two and then cut a few thinner peices
A star and a heart are two very basic and also very easy shapes to cut
I glued the little cutout shapes onto another thin slice of the same eraser.
there it is all done and ready to decorate stuff.
All ready to add hearts to all my Valentines
These little stamps work great !
this was so much fun

Neat project. Hearts are just the sweetest little things. I remember back in art school, the professors wouldn't let us use "Lucky Charms" as they like to call those shapes!! So glad I am not longer around those professors. LOL
