two more paintings are drying on the cleared out table |
I am supposed to be up stairs in my studio room
but it is so far away from the tv and the computer ...
As some of my best-est blog friends know...
I am in a few art shows this summer and fall.
Yahoo !
So One thing that is good to have on hand
is many reproductions
of the original art works in print form
I have been ordering prints
on canvas and different papers
of most all of my oil paintings
I needed a way for art show customers to be able
to look through my prints in an easy way
I decided to make a bin for that purpose
out of an old patio table base
Here is the remake in photos
Just trying to keep my costs down for this
venture into art showing
Just in-case I'm a great big flop at it.
But for now
It sure is getting exciting dreaming

look at you! you're so smart!
what a great idea, I would have never come up with that, wow!
Wow--it looks fabulous. What a great idea. I could use one of those! Good work!
Nice! What a clever way to use that table. Where do you get your prints made? Have you ordered any online or do you go to a local place? I've been searching for a good place to get prints made of my artwork and haven't found anything at a good price yet.
Good luck with your art shows!
Love that bin - you saw that table with an artist's eye!!

Kat that's an amazing make...love that you could look at the garden table and see that. Not me! And you won't be a great big flop at it...but remember, buying art is a slow burn thing for a lot of people...do have lots of contact details around for people to take, huh. we try to buy something on every 'major' holiday or life event...and it takes us ages...if it were just me choosing, it would take minutes!
You are so clever, turning that table into a print holder. Your art is beautiful, I'm sure it will all sell.
Have a great week.

That is one mighty clever bit of recycling! I would never have thought of using the table legs in a million years!! But didn't it work out well?

Loving the blue! There is no way that you will be a great big flop! Not somebody as talented as you!!!!
Happy WOYWW
Now that is clever, who would of thought of that apart from you. Love the colour and an excellent way to store your work. Make sure you protect each painting from each other so they don't rub together. Put a cloth in between or a sheet cut up. I hope all goes well in your art show.
Happy crafting
