we had the first really fall feeling day on Monday...
made a big 'ole fire in the backyard fire bowl...
cooked some dead animal on the grill...
and cooked some buttery golden
potatoes in the fire bowl.

they turned out great !
just wrap some medium size
golden potatoes in heavy duty foil
put them along the side of the fire (one hr)
they cook just fine near the fire, not IN the fire
Back to this new beer...
it is as you see called Summer Shandy

I do not know what that means...
but it is great
it has a definite lemon taste
I love lemon
so
I liked it

I totally get that idea of a drink being seasonal. Even living in South Florida, I feel that way. I prefer white wine during the spring and summer. Break out the cabs in the fall and winter. Funny.
Sounds great! I'm a football fan (Giants) and psyched that the season is finally starting!
A cold coffee drink is good with a splash of Kahlua! And this beer sounds good! I like to try the seasonal beers or microbrewery beers! I don't drink much...but they sure taste good with pizza or fish! ♥
